Service and diagnosis

All repairs are subject to inspection. Estimates are provided after diagnosis and may change if further faults are found; we will contact you for approval before proceeding.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranty coverage is determined by the brand's warranty policy, purchase date and device condition. Please ask us about warranty terms for out-of-warranty repairs at the time of service.

Accessories

Accessory prices and availability are confirmed at the time of enquiry. Product images and descriptions are for reference. Please check the product and its compatibility at the time of purchase; ask us about exchange terms before buying.

Uncollected devices

Please collect your device promptly once we inform you that service is complete. Contact us if you need to arrange a later pickup.
